Hey all,

I just get my minx yesterday. I need help on how to solve the Last Corner. Most people used commutator. But I don't understand how it can be used (which face to apply etc). Therefore, I just need the algorithm. I saw Erik's site but he provide only till permuting edges. After that no corners (think his site is broken).

Hence, can anyone tell me?

Erik's site works fine, he doesn't show the exact algo for every case but he does explain how to use the commutator. And to be honest, it's VERY easy to understand.

@rachmaninov: believe me, that's what I do. I spent about 6 hours since this evening trying Erik's, looking at youtube, reading speedsolving and none works. Well, I know how to solve using LBL but I just want to do it using OLL + PLL.

He said on the top page that there are 4 steps but in the end, there are only 3 steps with the last one (Permuting corners) is missing.....

Isn't this LBL? I actually looking for PLL........ It is much easier and faster (I think)

'unfortunately'? Fail. That's like the way it's supposed to be done =.="

corner PLL algos is basically R'D'R then move to the correct slot on U face and R'DR to insert back into the correct corner slots if you realise . then repeat till u finish all the corners .

that is if explained intuitively , if you do all the move and write down in notation then it become an algo .

some 3 corners cycles nakajima use is somehow like A Perm . ( finger trick )

but i think alot of the fast minxer use this R'D'R thingy . only some Corners PLL are modified to do finger tricks like on a 333 . ( eg. A perm )

i just say R'D'RD and insert it into the correct slot because the concept is just that simple . i thought all minxer will learn this .

im not talking about placing the correct corner pieces in the correct place first den use RDRD to flip it like the LBL method ( apologize for the R'D'RD i mention in my last post . )
