my take on a tutorial

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch/v/PqCexVc8tmM" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch/v/PqCexVc8tmM</a>

Simplified Description: This is a variation of Syuhei's Edge Pairing method albeit on the M ring and utilising a 3-2-2-2 system in favour of the 3-3-3 . The main advantage in this variation is possibly the improved lookahead due to restrictions to right and left faces of the cube. Previously, I had been using a simple 2 at a time , d-slice , AVG-style edge pairing method to little success, Switching over to the M ring will hopefully improve my timings due to better setup moves and faster fingertricks. Feel free to adapt this for the E-ring

Upon finishing the centres, do an r' setup move for three pairing . One edge group on the middle-ring is left open to resume normal 2 at a time pairing. The lookahead is improved as unsolved edge groups are restricted to the L and R faces

I haven't really touched a 444 in months cos i dun have a decent one but previously whilst having my QJ about a 2 months back, i was averaging just bout sub 1:10 . I just picked this method up so yea....it takes some time to get my times back to its original state. I am currently averaging high 70s and low 80s
