Hi All
I have seen lot of comments on support of V-CUBES.
if the parts are broken within one month of the purchase we will deliver free replacement parts but the shipment is always borne by the customer.
However as you all are in Singapore, just drop an email at siva@mindstratpuzzles.com and you should get some response fast.

I also see one of the common concern among lot of users on V-CUBES. The puzzle collapses.

I am an engineer and frankly speaking after developing and manufacturing MindStrat Puzzles products I can talk with some authority here. V-CUBE mechanism is really a masterpiece. It is an puzzle built on imaginery sphere. That is is beauty of the puzzle.
So if any V-CUBE puzzle collapses do give me a call or write an email and I will send the assembly pictures.

Finally on black version: I usually keep one or two stock of V-CUBE just in case to do support of broken parts. however this time I ran out of those stock. V-CUBE Black will be available from Nov and then you should be able to get those spare parts.

The forum is good place to talk about issues. However, please you all should understand that you have unique advantage of a puzzle manufacturing company in Singapore. Keep that in mind and take advantage of it.
