I notice that there are lots of non-WCA sanctioned competitions in Singapore. Why not make them official? In the Philippines, we have 2 delegates ( Mateus Moitinho de Almeida and JB Canares) Mat became a delegate since he was a close friend of Tyson Mao but JB became a delegate since he requested the WCA. It would be very convenient for many cubers, especially Filipinos, Indonesians, Malaysians, Thais, Taiwanese and other Asian countries, to participate since Singapore is quite reachable.

I hope one of you will PM Mr. Ron Van Bruchem, Tyson Mao or Masayuki Akimoto regarding this.

Trust me when I say that I will keep on coming back to SG as long as there is a competition. Smiley

Hi Lorenzo,

You're not the only one who think this way. And many people have asked this question too as we all want the competitions to be official.

If I'm not wrong, this issue is already in discussion with the WCA. Will let you guys know once I find out anything.

I just got news that Singapore wont have any WCA Delegate as they are afraid that we wont follow the rules. Thats all I'm going to say.
