For StackMats, you have a choice to choose between buying the Timer only(which includes a carrying bag) or the Timer and the Mat(also with a carrying bag). You may not think you don't need the mat as it is meant for stacking, not cubing. However if you have noticed, many WCA-sanctioned competitions use the Mats with the Timers. Also, it prevents the Timer from accidentally being knocked over by a natural phenomena or your clumsy friend and landing on the floor, due to the Mat's weight and grip. Trust me, the rubber pads on the Timer can't do everything. If you don't want the full-sized Mat, you can always choose the Mini Mat; however, it is not packaged with the Timer, so you may have to buy them seperately. It is your choice though, don't let me dictate your decisions. Before ordering, you can have an idea of what you are getting by looking through

Q: Is there anywhere else in Singapore that sells StackMats?
A: Most probably not. If there is, we won't be buying from this distributor and we would all have StackMats months back. (I introduced the distributor to Sg.Cubers only in Februrary)
Q: Do I really, really, really, really, REALLY, REALLY, ...(3 months later) REALLY need the mat?
A: No, its your choice, though I recommend buying the Mat+Timer, which is a package called the 'StackMat Complete' 'Mat with Timer'. Explanations are above.
Q: How much does a StackMat cost?
A: The salesperson who sent me an email stated 42.80 SGD. I got mine from a stacker friend in Ngee Ann Primary School from the same distributor at just 35 SGD. Therefore, do not take these figures seriously and make your own enquiries, please. Try making bulk orders. Jt has told me(since I've forgotten) that discount rates are 10% for bulk orders exceeding 150 SGD and 20% for orders above 1000 SGD.

A: Yes, you need the instructions to find out how to use the Memory function that stores times in memory under 3 different groups. Only 3 times though, one for each category, no more and no less.
