For now, all you need to know is posted at http://www.rubiks.com.sg/ Just go read up on the WCA regulations. Type F can be used in the Singapore Open.

the cube that i'm gonna use i dun even know wat type issit lolz..but i'm gonna use it...hybrid de somemore lolz...i guess they dun restrict u on ur cube...
